Friendly technician but...
Orla was very friendly and nice but I am a bit disappointed by how Sears schedules appointments and hoping they improve their system in the near future. I was originally told that the technician will arrive around 7:38am to 8:30am. He did not arrive until around 11:40am. Today, I have another Sears appt with an 8-12 window and it's now almost 1pm, still no technician and the status online says it's now going to be around 2:30-3:15pm. Sigh.

Finally someone who was able to fix my washer!
3 months -- that's right -- 3 months of Sears repair people making one error after another. Today's repairman looks like he got it right We'll see, but I'm hopeful.

Maintenance
Service technicians were very professional. It great to have a woman technician as well. But I did notice that your maintenance has changed nothing was done to my stove . It was looked at so I guess everything must have been working . Broken oven light bulb was removed , oven was turned on igniter was check. I was given anything in writing , just a verbal results ,it be a good idea to get written assessment

THIS YOUNG MAN HAS A LEADERSHIP ABILITY TO GET THINGS DONE. HE IS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE PRODUCT THAT HE WAS CALLED ON (MY REFRIGERATOR). HE TOOK HIS TIME TO EXPLAIN EVERYTHING ABOUT MY REFRIGERATOR THAT I NEVER KNEW AND I HAVE HAD THIS REFRIGERATOR FOR FOUR (4) REFRIGERATOR ALL I KNEW WAS TO OPEN IT AND CLOSE IT…..THE REFRIDGERATOR THAT IS….NOW I KNOW A LOT MORE ABOUT THE MY REFRIGERATOR THAT I PURCHASED 4 YEARS AGO. Not completely satisfied
Overall it was an okay experience . Sade was pleasant . The only issue I have is she could not move the machine to clean and inspect the back of the machine . Due to that I don't feel like the machine was fully serviced . There should be technician's who are able to fully do the job .
