Dryer repair
Eugene was very professional and polite. He took the time to examine all areas of the dryer and explained everything he was doing and what the cost entailed.

Thorough and Professional
Our fridge has been giving us fits for the last two years. Austin tested and looked at everything for us. Even more so than previous techs from other companies. He gave an extremely thorough explanation of what is going on. We should be able to no longer have issues once the fix is in place.

Product Installation
Austin did a super job installing the new upper rack in our dishwasher and explaining how the glasses side works best. He then installed the new door on our microwave and it is strong. Austin was knowledgeable and polite and it was a pleasure to have him here to install the new products
