The service tech, Austin, was professional, prompt, polite and accurate. The auto email only asked if to cancel or reschedule. NEVER to confirm appmnt as is, and an auto phone call, AFTER the completed work, that this scheduled appointment would be tomorrow. Where are the humans at the scheduling desk? This could use help.
