Excellent service
I had two visits to fix the issue with our dryer. During the first Dave identified the issue, and ordered the parts. The parts arrived a couple of days later, and Austin arrived a couple of days after that and repaired the dryer. Less than a week, two visits, and I am happy with their work and the service contract that covered all of the costs, except for the co-pay. Top job, gents, thank you.

Austin has been so much more thorough than the first serviceman was. He has decreased the noise very much that the washer was making. However, I need another visit to see if we can get rid of the loud noise.
