GREAT REPAIR GUY, below par phone customer service
Austin did a quick job, he was clean and respectful. I didn't know I was supposed to tip the poor guy until after he left. I was very pleased with his work and feel bad that I didn't tip him. That being said..... giving a homeowner a NINE HOUR window of when a tech will be there is ridiculous. We all have better things to do than wait all day wondering when the tech will appear. Other than that, Austin did a fantastic job and deserves a giant raise.

First, my appointment was pushed back because of the technician being out. Austin was substituted two days later. I think I lucked out. Austin listened to my diagnosis of the problem, inspected my refrigerator and came up with a fix that didn't require replacement parts and more time. It was fantastic. Now we have water and ice.
