Failed to test machine
Tech replaced suspension, I put plywood under machine and leveled. This morning I attempted to wash a load of laundry, it only did a sensing and went to complete but actually did nothing, no washing.

Rude technician
Tech was very short and rude upon arrival which was over 1hr late. Tech demanded the original purchase receipt before any work could be done.

Washer Service Call
The service call window was 8am-5pm and the technician arrived at 4:45pm. He knocked on the door in an impatient manner. When asked to move his van bc it was blocking us from parking our cars (I was about to park while my husband was home waiting for the technician) he replied, "I'm only going to be in there a few minutes." Then he didn't park in the correct spot where we asked him to park. He then parks on the street and was rude when he got out said "now I am not blocking anyone" and came inside the house in an upset manner. He reeked of cigarette smoke that lingered in our laundry room after he left (on both visits). It was not a professional way to treat customers and I was not impressed with the service we received. On his initial visit, he was asked if he could give a narrower window time so we didn't have to take a day off work. He said no that the best he could do was call right before he got there. That policy is not customer friendly. His tone was unprofessional on his initial visit and again on this second visit. He lacked customer service skills and hopefully the washing machine will work as I had to ask him if it was working as he was walking to our front door to leave. I will be letting our warranty company know our dissatisfaction with these two service calls.

Ice maker still not working properly
This is the 5th time A&E has shown up and the same problem exist. The first tech Martin (very rude) stated I had salt in my water and then on his report stated calcium in the water and that is what was making the ice maker not work. The second tech stated no calcium in the water and that it sprayed water all over the ice bin 1 out of 4 times and he stated maybe a blockage and it is now repaired and if not the whole fridge should be replaced. I have ask for a supervisor to call me so we can discuss the problem and no luck with that. I would not recommend A&E Sears service with any type of repair. I have the same ice maker in my garage on the same premium approved water supply that has been problem free for over 4 years so it is definitely not a water issue. The ice clumps together in the ice bin until all the ice is in a block making the dispenser not able to distribute the ice.

Sucks
He never showed up to fix my refrigerator that I have been needing fixed for the last 4 1/2 months. What ever you do DONOT GO THUR SEARS!!!!!! I'm calling the better business bureau on them and putting in a review. This guy has canceled my appointment the last 4 times. I get a text today that he is here and to rate him well if I could give no stars I would on my scale it would be -1000

Not Happy
Had an appointment scheduled today I did not receive a phone call but noticed he was there on my security camera. Left work to meet him thinking he would call any minute he never did and he was gone before I got there!

Failed Twice
This individual has come out twice and failed to fix anything. The machine is completely useless now. This time he left without even checking to see if the machine worked. This whole ordeal has been a nightmare.

Washing Machine Service
He opened the front storm door and I heard him turning the knob on the wooden front door. He did not knock or ring the door bell he was just coming in. I was very surprised when I opened the door and he was standing there with storm door open.

Unprofessional
Your repairman was rude off the bat started saying yall need to keep all of fridge clean .then. being told you should have been charged for this vist.in the end nothing was done other than adjusting the front level on bottom. He was told that the magnetic strip around door looked like it wasn't sticking like the freezer side.end the end nothing was done other him pretty much belittling my wife and being very sarcastic toward her I recommend never sending this repair man her again. My refrigerator side still has ice forming in the back part and appears to be like It's sweating any food towards rear freezes. Again still having problems with fridge
