Fair I have had bad experience with sears before. But before sears changed they had the best. Every thing sears did before 1995 was the best place to go. Your service technician was good .

Martin w. Was on time diagnosed the problem with the washing machine ordered the part and advised me that he would return next week to install the part. He also checked my dishwasher and advised me that there was no power to dishwasher but failed to check if the breakers were on

Schedule
The tech was very professional. There was some issues with the scheduling. As there is a 9hr window , each time he called 5 to 10 min prior to arriving. It is very hard to be at home for 9 hours, with school and Dr appointments, work schedule etc. It would be very helpful to have a shorter time span as to when they will arrive rather than 9hr. It also more time as a heads up on actual arrival. Besides that, the tech was prompt, knowledgeable, and did a good job.

Microwave Inspection
Technician was told about reported electrical shock. Prior to inspecting, technician commented that an electrical shock was not possible from the door/control panel area. Unit was then plugged in to power source and technician attempted to recreate the shock hazard by wiping his hands over described area. Technician could not replicate the hazard and said that there was nothing else he could do and left. Technician was not very friendly and did not appear to be willing to further troubleshoot the problem.

Washing Machine Leak
After technician ran several tests with no results and left,, I did a light load of dish cloths and dish towels. The machine leaked again. I took photos.

Fridge freezer not working
Technician was ok. He suspected compressor might need Freon, but did not check it because he didn't have a piercing valve. He did some cleaning and told us to call bAck if problem continued.
