Was not professional

Wasn't professional, didn't run no test. Just took a picture. And went outside and told my husband we had a rat problem. Which we knew we did. But we took care of that problem. We didn't know they made a nest in back of our refrigerator. We had it unplugged for a few months. And when we moved back into house we plugged it back in. Lights came on. But didn't cool it. I asked him if he was going to do the diagnostic on it. He said no. It's obvious what's wrong. Rats made a nest. An urine. So it would cost 1400. To fix. And we didn't have it. But he wouldn't take cash for him to come out. But he charged us 127. An some change. Still no answers. An problem not solved. Our Son went an cleaned nest out. An fixed a wire. And refrigerator came on. We're very dissatisfied with him. And wouldn't recommend him. And we will never buy from sears again. Or use there services.. I put a 1 star only because it wouldn't let me post my review without a star. Pretty sad, people have to pay money, just for a picture.

Not SO HAPPY!!!!

Technician was rude and acted like it was a burden to be there. We have had multiple techs out and never had an issue with the space. 1st He couldn't move the dryer out, then he couldnt unplug it. He took the back, top piece off......looked outside....[which i don't understand how he could see the heating element if you have to take the whole drum out to get to it].....and said the hose was clogged and caused moisture damage. The hose HAD disconnected from the outside connection of the house.... BUT the hose was still releasing lint underneith the house...so i dont understand without going under the house...how did he detirmine a "clog" since the house has siding and there is no way under unless you take the siding off and there was lint still coming out of the hose. So now I have to hire an outside company, pay for them to come out, fix it...and then I have to argue with 1st American for repayment just because 1 tech was having a bad day?

He was rude unhelpful and insulting… he made me feel sad small and worse than dirt …. I never want to ever see him on my sacred land again… ever !!! Definitely shouldn't have him working in customer service… he's terrible and ruined my day …… until I called GE and they made my day wonderful!!

Unprofessional & Lazy

Asked for washer to be fixed & identified the error code & another item. My wife & daughter had to tell him again upon arrival. He put the seal back on & replaced drain pump. He never ran the washer & left. The washer error code was still there & the problem was not fixed!!! When I texted him, he called my wife & daughter liars & said he did not know anything about the service code. NEVER GIT FIXED!!!

Terrible attitude

He openly criticized our choice of washing machine. He talked about the Israeli war, and was very anti-Jew and prejudiced. It's incredibly unprofessional, and I feel he needs to be on jobs where he doesn't interact with customers. He also misdiagnosed the problem the first time he came, which caused a delay. An overall negative experience.

No one came to fix my unit

GE Freezer

I purchased a GE freezer in Dec 22. In August I noticed the high heat light was on and I checked the temperature. It was 75 degrees. I called GE and they sent out technician. He came out and evaluated freezer. Ordered three parts including new compressor. Came back and installed them. He was pleasant and cordial. He told me to let it run for 2 days before using it. I did and checked the temperature. It was still between 75 and 80 degrees. Same problem as before. It was NOT fixed. Notified GE and they scheduled another visit. The reason for low rating did not fix problem.
