Great customer service
Shawn and the man he was training were very helpful and understanding. Did a great job. The system that your company uses to assign service calls is horrible. I originally had an appointment on Monday and took the day off work and no one ever showed up or communicated that they wouldn't be coming. Shawn was willing to do his best and call a manger to try to work with me on a time but not allowing your technician the flexibility to make his schedule is a horrible business method that sets your company up for failure.

Mr. Lee was great. However, Sears in general is another thing. They need to value their employees more and provide them with assistance when needed. Some jobs require more than one service person, and this should be addressed prior to scheduled appointments. I have been without my refrigerator since June and its now the end of August.
