Had to make 2 trips. Came in looked at everything for refrigerator said it was ice maker ordered one fast easy polite. Came back wasn't here 30 minutes replaced ice maker looked at everything and was gone. Very nice explained everything

Ben is very professional, knew exactly what was wrong and made repairs. i would highly recommend him to anyone. i cannot say the same for the customer service call center. took 3 calls to get an appointment for service. As far as Ben goes you got a winner.
