Ok. Andrew was on time and was ready to go to work, except for one thing. His company does not service my appliance BRAND. When I set up the appointment, after talking to your rep, I was sent a message wanting the brand, SN, and the MDL #. I filled out the form online and pushed the send button. Then the message "sent" showed up on the screen then "delivered" showed up. What happened??? Roger

Two calls for the same problem
Charles was very professional- he called to let me know he was on his way, found the problem with my dryer and fixed the issue quickly- the previous person did not find the problem which is why Charles came back out. He also acknowledged that although I had been charged on the previous visit for a cleaning, my dryer was not clean, and redid that service for me. Very conscientious worker!
