Ben the technician was professional, courteous ,friendly and efficient. However it took the Sears behind the scenes team over two months to round up a belt and a pulley to make the necessary repairs. As big as Sears is and as the mower is only 3 years old my thinking is that the parts should have been readily available. Also, all my phone calls to Sears were directed to a computer or whatever a Bot is and I found it impossible to get connected to a real live English speaking person who could address my concerns and needs. The Chat option is a joke and not user friendly. I give Sears a 1 rating as their preferred way of communicating with the customer has left a foul taste in my mouth.
