Not satisfied
The technician came to my front door and when I asked him to go around to my garage, he had an attitude, which was very unprofessional. When he finished the job. He did not balanced my washer. Also he disconnected the dryer vent and he did not reconnect it. He did not push both appliances back like they were before.

Disappointed at Sears Home Services
Technician was excellent. But service from Sears was horrible, I waited 20 days without AC. Job could have been done earlier. All it took 20 minutes to replace the capacitor.

He replaced water valve and ice maker. Still have problem water flowing from ice maker unit into freezer compartment and out bottom of freezer door

The problem with my washer was not repaired. Emilio did try, but was not able to figure out what exactly to do to. I sorta understand because I have been trying for several days. Thanks to him for the work he did. Today we bought a new washer! So we should be good for another 10 years.

Range
The service person was very nice & polite but left the burners leaking gas. I can't get in contact with anyone in Sears. I had to call Gas company to detect the leak
