I can't express how helpful he was. He came and fixed my refrigerator and explained everything. I had another problem come up after he left and he came back after I called him and took care of that as well.

Washer repair & dryer cleaning
Eduardo was professional and courteous. Fixed washer problem and told us what caused the problem. Left the faulty valve that was replaced. He took the dryer apart and cleaned it thoroughly.

Samsung 4 door flex refrigerator section not cooling
Freezer section working fine. When it is noticed that fridge is not cooling I have had to flip fridge circuit breaker off, wait a few seconds, then flip on. Set fridge to power cool and then it cools. Happens every few days. Technician said he couldn't do anything cause it was cooling when he came out. No error code notifications on Smart Things. His support didn't have any anything on this model number RF29A9675MT/AA. Said most likely a control board but if it wasn't Best Buy would not reimburse his company. So customer has to hope that if it happens again a error code will appear. So no, not fixed.

Poor customer service
Serviceman was very good. Not at all satisfied that he left and the oven is still not working. I'm turns out the EOC on the oven is faulty also. Not just the RTD. This job was started on November 29th, today was December 20th and your company still hasn't repaired our oven. We will be out of having a functioning oven this weekend for Christmas. If your company takes another 3 weeks to try and make the necessary repairs we won't have it functioning before the New Years weekend either. This is highly inexcusable and very unprofessional.
