Washer still not fixed
This is the 2nd time Sears has sent technician for same "OE" code.. technician put part on.. n after he left.. same code came on.. I had to call and make a reservice call for same issue.. needless to say.. we are going on week 2 with no washer.. n their quickest appt os on Monday.. two days later. 🤦🏻♀️ seriously not happy.!!

Nice man but needs to retire. He Did not want to replace thermostat that you guys ordered. He Hosed down window air unit with water and wanted to call it a Day. I Told him the thermostat was ordered for a reason. I have been waiting for over 2 months, so he needed to replace the part he came to do. Was very careless with my unit.

Washer issue
Jonathan came at 5:20, appt was between 3-5pm. He was nice. As soon as he came he said I was #12 on his list, he's tired of his job and was quitting. He said he can't do what he's doing anymore. I told him what the problem with the washer was. He was rushing and didn't do a good diagnosis. He was done in 10 mins. I declined the estimate because I think there was more problems to the washer than what he had told me. I will get another estimate from another appliance repair company.

Service man was aggressive and rude. The worst service man e
Jonathan the Technician was rude and argumentative and shouted at me the first time he came to my house. He ordered the wrong part (no flexible dryer tube) and I'm having to use my own money and time to go buy the replacement parts myself. He's the worst service person I have ever met. Refused to wear a Covid mask in my own house, where my elderly relatives sometimes stay. The second time he came here (today). I didn't want to interact with him and I had my finger on 911 police dial in case he became aggressive or started shouting at me in my own house. I did not feel safe at all. I'm stuck with incorrect parts on my dryer and the technician will not order correct parts for me. Sears has gone downhill the past years and employees like this are the reason why I will call police if he reads this review and comes to my house again aggressively. This is someone I would not trust around anybody And I still don't have the correct dryer parts

Messed up our washer
He stripped the screws to our washer door putting a dent in it and then left saying he would call me. Choice warranty said, it was not normal wear and tear and was not covered. They implied Sears said that but upon more questioning they would not admit it came from Sears. He left us in a bind and no washer for over a month. We had to call someone else who got it fixed that day and explained what happened. Now our washer is working but damaged. This is not the last u will hear about this.

Tech: unprofessional, and rude. He refused to check the unit inside. The first thing he did was ask which side of the house the AC unit was on. He then asked me to turn the air down so he could check it outside. He said the unit wasn't low on freon which I already knew because maintenance was done and freon was added. Then he came to the conclusion that the unit must be clogged because water was in the pan. I asked if he was going to find out where the water was coming from if he was going to check out the unit and he replied no and he didn't work for me. He is the worst service technician that has ever come to my residence. I am very disappointed with the service I received and cinch company.
