Over two months on refrigerator repair
Beyond hobble, over 2 months to repair refrigerator, and just when I thought repairs were completed today I find the technician scratched the door on the left side that he worked on today. I will be canceling my warranty. This writing does not apply.

Ok
Though he is a nice man, the washer problem is not resolved. The washer still has the same original problem. The washer remains the same and is not fixed.

Not listening to my needs
He showed up on time but from the beginning he was not listening to what I needed. He insisted that the refrigerator fresh food cabinet was "warped" and for us to not put anything heavy on the door shelves. I want him to order the gasket for fresh food door and he insisted it was not needed He adjusted the door and told me it would take time for the door to become "unwarped". Is this even possible? We can't put anything on door shelves? He did the dollar test on gasket but it was tight in some areas but loose in most of the other areas. He raised his voice telling me that I had to work it out with my warranty company. Saying "if we replaced every refrigerator a customer was unhappy with- we would be out of business ". I told him we were not asking for replacement, only for the gaskets. I actually told him to leave and he said he was calling his supervisor. I told him I would talk to his supervisor too. Please don't send him to my house again

Worst Tech Yet!!!
Unconcerned about the problem at hand. Was not very informative at all. Was trying to charged to fill the A/C even though my home repair plain included it already and had a bad hearing problem.

Not satisfied
Scheduled time frame was from 8am to 12pm. Didnt show up till 251pm and was in and out within 4 minutes. I use to be a manager with sears and sears outlet and a lot more was suppose to be done.

I've maker
I am very unhappy since the new ice maker still is not maker or dropping ice cubes. The tech was in and out in less than 5 minutes snd when asked when the first ice will drop, he replied whenever, I need this ice maker fixed.

Very unsatisfied customer
Very dissatisfied. 4th tech out for the same issue. This tech didn't even know what the problem was. Said he was only there to follow instructions and put part on. Stated he couldn't read or have access to previous tech notes....... absolutely a disservice and waste of time..

Not happy with service.
I'm unavailable to press on the screen thee got replaced. Also lots of screws were not put in place, they were left out. I would be calling again for a better repair.
