MY WASHER STILL DOES NOT WORK
ERNESTO WAS VERY NICE, ORDERED PARTS AND RETURNED TO FIX THE WASHER . UNFORTUNATELY I TRIED TO USE THE WASHER TODAY AND IT KEPT FILLING WITH WATER AND THEN EMPTYING, IT NEVER SPINS I HAD TO TURN THE WATER OFF TO THE WASHER AGAIN BECAUSE IT KEPT FILLING AND EMPTYING ALL AFTERNOON. IT NEVER SPIINS SO THAT I CAN PUT THE CLOTHES IN THE DRYER. ERNESTO NEEDS TO RETURN AND TRY ONCE AGAIN. I THINK THIS WASHER IS JUST A LEMON. IT NEVER HAS WORKED WELL. BY THE WAY MY HUSBAND JAMES HAS BEEN DECEASED FOR ALMOST 20 YEARS, I DON'T KNOW WHERE YOU GOT HIS NAME, I BOUGHT THE WASHER AND THE REPAIR PLAN. I'M SANDRA MCCOY

Although the tech was very nice and knowledgeable .. he indicted the part was no longer carried.. when I made my appointment I did indicate I needed gasket replaced and provided serial and model number .. he could have told me part was no longer available before he came instead he charged the trip charge and left ..

Not fixed
The repairman was very knowledgeable and did a great job with replacing the items supposedly were the problem but unfortunately that didn't fix it because it's still the same (not drying the clothes enough). He talked about the heat sensors not sensing the wetness enough, because of the depth of the can... well have you thought about replacing them??? What else can it be at this point?

Whirlpool washer repair
The technician was polite & informative. He repair something else that he found that needed repair. HOWEVER....the initial reason was that the washer was not turning on. He checked and said he thought he would need to replace the control panel, but was able to reset it. After he left the washer took care of 2 loads / doing a bird thing - water running to fill tub while lid up - and then it chose to stop working AGAIN !! A call was made to get them to return yesterday & associate told us we would have contact by phone ,probably within an hour. Yesterday came & went and NO call ! This am another call made to Sears and no big regret about the situation from ya'll. However there had been another repair call made for Friday the 16th/ - NOT known to us / my Mom ids 88 years old and does not use e-mail nor texts. And then trying to reschedule for Wednesday the 14th /8-12 phone kept telling us that it could not confirm that appt. !! Money is paid & service is expected.PLese help us get our washer repaired asap !!

Tech was informative, quick, yet issue not fixed
Tim our tech after a prior cancellation called early to inform us of service and made it earlier than expected. He did not do the original diagnosis, so he just put the parts in. He was easy to work with and completed the repair in less than an hour. He communicated well. I would give him a strong 4. The big issue is that one of the problems with the ice maker that drops just an ice chunk was not resolved so obviously the main control board is still the issue and we will have to go through the process . With an engineering background this should have been replaced first? All temperature sensors were changed out along with the new ice maker. The old one was more than likely still working okay.So we will have to go though a repair order once again and hope it won't take another month plus to resolve. Costco needs to evaluate the service provided by A&E, we need to return this fridge and we will hold both Costco and A&E responsible. May need to take legal action in the future of this is not resolved soon.

Technician got here on time, he changed capacitor and ad very little of freeon, he said did not have enough, but ac stop working un 25 minutes after he left and still without ac. I

Nice guy wrong wording
The repairman was nice but wording to warranty company bad said glass door broken it is not claim denied!

Air conditioning
He left his trash. Did not fix it The outside unit that he put the part in because it was humming is still not working. It is still humming doing the same exact thing not working he was worried more about leaving when it got to 5 o'clock, then fixing anything
