Our refrigerator icemaker has not been working since May 2024 and there have been five service calls and finally today ROBERT S. got the icemaker to work. He is dedicated to getting the job done no matter what the effort. He is the most pleasant, knowledgeable and professional technician that we have had in our home from Sears.

Amazing and perfect service
Gabriel was so efficient and helpful. He was in communication with me about the time of arrival and even though this place is way out with Gates, He found it and diagnosed the problem. He Gave me all of the prices upfront and was willing to drive back and pick up parts and come back out, although it turned out the parts weren't available at this time. One part was not available at the factory and he gave me the link to order it myself, which was very kind. He arrived within the timeframe and always stayed in communication, so I was very impressed and can recommend Sears home service!
