Shoe covers
The tech was nice and communicated well so I'm ok to give 5 stars. My complaint is more company related. The techs did not have shoe covers on and when asked if they had some they said no, this should be a company standard.

Juan is very punctual, respectful and knowledgeable. He explained the problem with us to determine whether we wanted him to proceed with the repair. If I need further assistance, I will definitely request Juan. and hope Sears conveys information to him and assigns him the request.

Jorge is actually the only person in the whole process that actually to point and ensured all the correct parts were order, installed and did it with professionalism. He took a disaster of a failed process and fixed it by taking ownership and followed through. He should be in leadership.
