George was very patient with me due to my frustrations with this being the 4th visit to finally figuring out and fixing my washer. He got his hands dirty and started taking apart and seeing exactly what was going on! Very happy with this because the past guys just stood there and looked at their phones and didn't really do much of anything. I'm sure they went with their best judgment. So far I am on my third load of laundry and no problems! So George figured out that my pump was going out. Very happy so far.
