He was the 4 teck to come out
This teck got the job done, I have been waiting for someone to approve a new replacement of a window unit air conditioner since Aug 8th when it stoped working!!! In San Antonio,Texas while I waited with no AC the temperature got to 108, 102, even now I have to wait till next Thursday to order the new replacement, but finally a teck who helped!!

Tom in the hard rain…
Well, Tom did well, the weather was terrible and he made his first appointment (me) in a timely manner… Also, he was willing to listen to what Me and the First Technician diagnosed and found out we were correct, thereby saving me some money and saving Sears some time… All good !

I have had most of my major appliances serviced by Sears for over 26 yrs. I have to say Jonathan is the best technician I have ever had from Sears. His courteous demeanor and exceptional technical knowledge and expertise tops them all! Outstanding!
