Ice is nice
Our ice maker failed on us yesterday so we put in a claim with our home warranty company. Our past experience has been that a week or more was the standard before repair work request was accepted and repairs completed. Not so this time. Sears picked up the request within a couple of hours and had us scheduled for today to check it out. Ron contacted us before he showed up and then as it turned out, had the part on his truck. New ice maker installed and our total down time was less than 24 hours. Cannot thank Ron enough for his professionalism and the speed at which he got the job accomplished.

Compressor Removal/Replace on Kenmore Elite Refrigerator
Ronald was very knowledgeable and thorough with the compressor removal and replacement. Took the time to explain things even though we were the last on his route he worked until 8:30pm. Highly recommend him as a service technician.
