Best technician ever
Ronald is by far the best technician on your team. He is professional and kind and extremely knowledgeable. The first technician Randy that came out to service my washer told me to order my own parts and to the watch an installation video on you tube!!! Randy also would not answer any phone calls or texts. When Ronald repaired my washer it was an extensive repair. Both repairs were so complex and we would have never been able to complete them.
