Dryer Repair
Byfar, Ronald has been one of the best technicians that I have ever encountered. He came to my house ahead of time. He allowed me ask questions while he was working and answered all my questions. He kept me up to date the whole time. He checked everything out on my dryer to make sure it was properly working, found the problem, explained the problem, and fixed it. He was polite and very knowledgeable.

Was so pleased with Debbie who set my appointment up. They came out the same day to repair my washer. Bad pump. I purchased their appliance warranty prior to service, and it saved me 150.00. The service repairman was friendly and efficient. Had new pump installed within 20-30 minutes. So, very happy with Sears!
