Did not follow up with me on what was needed
I think he was afraid of my dog , who is in a pen and chained up , he claimed the job was dangerous even though I have had several repairs over the years and never a complaint and or excuse like that

Bad service and work
He did not fix the problem on the washer he made by throwing out parts he had to install. Also he was rude he did not want to do his job he came here to do to install the parts on washer and I struggled to get him to install the simple 2 parts I had for months waiting to get installed

Kevin - Top Notch Technician
After 2 months and six attempts at repair of our GE built in side by side refrigerator freezer, each attempt at repair by three separate Sears technicians resulted in negative progress and additional errors requiring further repair tasks. Finally, Kevin was assigned to address the issues and he quickly managed to accomplish the necessary corrective action. We appreciate the professional approach and his excellent system knowledge.

Washer Repair
Tech was very professional and appeared to know his job. He replaced a part with one ordered by another tech. He spent time running tests and what he ran passed. However, when washing the next load, the CALL FOR SERVICE error appeared again and the washer stopped.

Service Provided
Louis replaced the part. He did a short test on dryer. There was no longer a noise. The dryer now cuts off and does not complete the drying cycle. It completely shuts off in the middle of the drying cycle. Help!

Recall should have been recommended
The repair technician came out twice. He told us we had a bad dishwasher and he had one too. We shouldn't expect it to work well like it did when we got it new. He put in a heating element. He came back again and I opened up the newly washed dishes. Steam came out and I showed him some things that were greasy. He wrote up that there was nothing wrong with our dishwasher.

Terrible Repair service process
The technician was fine and corrected the issue. The problem I have is the scheduling. It's hard to believe in current times the best they can do is provide an 11 hour arrival window. The best they can do is sometime between 8am to 7pm what a joke. Could you at least give an AM OR PM? Very poor customer service from corporate Sears. One star would be a gift for them. Not the techs fault
