Tony was professional. So 3 stars is for a total review including Sears. I just thought the charge was extreme. So this is the last time I am contacting Sears.

This tech was great…he got in/out quickly and a good attitude…the first one was awful , he complained the entire time I will say that there is no " customer service" with the company.. I couldn't find a human to speak to anywhere and they charged me another deductible even though this was the return call with parts to actually fix the original problem.. they like taking your money.. without telling you..days before the appointment I don't recommend their warranty program

Good technician
Very knowledgeable and experienced. 2nd time out to repair. Replaced heating element last time and there was a big difference. Our dishwasher was not repairable though.

Repair of heat pump
Nothing got fixed. Still running on auxiliary heat. Nice guy. Said I probably had a Freon leak but couldn't repair or replace bad part. Service call was useless

AC repair failed after one week
This is the third time the AC has gone out this summer. The HVAC is on its last leg and it is 105+ degrees. I need a permanent fix.

Refrigerator
Horrible. He is so rude. Didn't want to fix my fridge . Don't know why he came. He told me to record the noise and I did. Then he said he couldn't go by the noise! He packed up is bag and left. Not a nice person. Never send him back!

Warranty service not performed!!!!
He was in the house 25 minutes. We have no description of what is wrong. He just said it'd be cheaper to replace than repair. Nothing to follow-up with on our warranty.
