Parts technician
I am not impressed with Sears home services at all. I have been waiting for months to get the part that was ordered. There was cancellation that were made that were not communicated with us. It had been very frustrating and I would recommend to the company not to have them come to my home and fix anything. The technician was very professional though.

Repaired washing machine seemed to be quick , they came out 2 weeks earlier ordered part and different tech came out and installed new motherboard. Just wish they could have brought board first trip but it seems to work. Its all good.
