Friendly and great service
Sears sent out the best repairman ever! He was knowledgable and explained everything and because of his knowledge he was very efficient, thorough and expeditious. My washer works like new again and I'm so happy! He also gave me tips on how to keep it in good running order along with other helpful points. In all of this he went above and beyond his call of duty, putting the customer first. Thank you.

Sears Service
Sears sent out 3 different techs to work on an ice-maker problem. Sears made 6 appointments over 5 months, with 3 no-shows, no call, no text, no email. Charles was the last tech to try to fix our ice-maker problem, and left a few hours ago with the hope that within 24 hours, we would have ice. Part of the problem was blamed on "no parts". The other part was that the techs were not sure why we did not have ice and just kept swapping parts in our fridge. This was a very frustrating experience. A few days back, I called Sears appliance service and asked to speak with a manager - none was available; but, I was told I would get a call back within the hour. That was 4 days ago and still no call. Get your act together!

Very quick service. My only complaint was getting the service done in a timely manner. This was not Matthew's fault. This was the scheduling people. I was told one thing and it did not happen. I wasted 2 days waiting for someone to show up and they never came. A lot of miscommunication. Not a happy customer for that reason. Matthew was a very professional and knowledgeable person. He was quick to fix the minor issue of a broke belt.

Washer service call
The technician was polite on time but did not fix the problem. Said the cause was water pressure but did not test the pressure to know it was that. I believe it is the washer mixing valve.

Kenmore Washing Machine Repair
Luis completed the repair in a timely and professional manner. My only complaint (and it isn't with Luis but scheduling.) If you give me a window from 8-12 and they call and say they will arrive at 8:30 or so, I expect them to be there at that time or within reason. I have had the experience with Sears that they call and give me a time, or they are on their way, and they don't show up for several hours.
