My refrigerator repair
Shawn was very nice and was quick in fixing the fridge my low rating was he left the old part and box in my kitchen floor. My husband is handicapped and it was difficult for me to get the part and box to my trash can outside. Usually repair men take the old parts with them.

No repair was done
The technician was very kind and tried to complete the repair. However, he should have checked the first time he came out to ensure that he could access the part that needed replacing. I'm not out over $200 for no repair.

Samsung electric dryer
Michelle was over an hour late before She called. She was very cordial & respectful. Not sure about Her technical skills. After completion of work I found a screw not tightened & an extra one laying around. After paying $50 I had to clean out so much lint from the vent screen chamber so needless to say there is a lot of room for improvement. Believe I should be reimbursed for part or all of the cleaning fee? I am an easy person to deal with & have realistic expectations !!!

Not very pleasant
It started with a phone call, asking me to tell him what is going on with my refrigerator, and that call did not start off with even a hello and I promise did not end with a goodbye either. He told me he'd be there in a little bit and hung up. It was no better in person when they arrived.. I didn't expect to be best friends, but he could have been polite. He fixed my refrigerator that's a plus. Didn't take 10 minutes. I'm giving it 3 stars because he fixed it, but based on being polite I'd only give him 1 ⭐️

Range repair
1st problem, nobody notified me the tech was coming out...I just happened to be off the day she showed up. 2nd problem, the range was not put back together correctly. 3rd problem, the unit was not functioning when the tech left. It was in test mode and the tech had no idea how to get it out of nor was she going to try. Only said that I had to do the "programming" to get it to work

Communication Was Not Good
Original appointment time was not kept but I NEVER heard nor recd any communication from Sears. After hours had passed from the appointment time, I just rescheduled my appointment to another day online. It was acknowledged. This caused me to wait an additional week for the repair of my dishwasher. Never recd any explanation. The technician was great upon his arrival today. Any communication would have made this a better experience.

Non caring
Very disappointed with Joshua he did not show up for the previous appointment bit never called to let us know he was not coming. Also, giving 8-hour arrival windows is unacceptable, especially if we cannot expect updates. We are VERY DISAPPOINTED.
