Thumbs down
Rec sat in his tru in front of my house about 15 min I watched him as he was texting on his phone. I called him ask about his ETA. He said he in front of my house. Few min he finally came in . Not to courtesy but ok. He open the bottom drawer look in the of one spot never removed anything. He then open the back looked stood up started texting again . I asked how bad it was he replied oh they want fix it. I ask huh. He replied you got roaches home warranty want cover that. I was a bit confused if his answer for I have never heard of any su thing he said about a roach tear up you Applaince. He said they pee and poop on the wire and cause them to burn out. Ok but I don't have a big roach problem so I'm still a lil confused. But any way he had me to sign something went to his van proceeded to leave pulled over and started to text again on his phone . I finally stopped watching him and went back to what I doing for I to get read to leave. Anyway a bit unprofessional but it is what it is. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone.

Washer repair
The repairman was very nice and professional, however the scheduling department is terrible. I sat at home waiting for someone to come. I didn't get a phone call or nothing to let me know that no one was coming. I call to reschedule and was told that it would be Wednesday, three days later. I have been without my washer since the last week in June. The scheduling department needs improvement.

Double oven wall unit repair
She didn't bring the lift for the oven. Someone that was at my home installing a washer and dryer helped her. To top it off she would not let them use a tester to check power to something that they needed to check. Had it not been for the service person already here, my oven would still be inoperable!

We had great service but never seen a man named Andrew, But Michelle was a great service person. helpful and explained any questions we had. finished the job and cleaned up better than the way she found it, I give her 5 stars but she did it all there was a man here, I don't know Andrew is.

Tech was great, Sears Service wasn't
Tech ordered 2 parts on Sept 21. One part came and after Sears rescheduled that install 3 times, Quentin was finally able to come install. 2nd part never showed up, so I called AHS and complained for the 2nd time about Sears. Quentin had to come out on another service call in order to place a second order for the part that was originally ordered 9/21. Finally the 2nd part was installed by Quentin in November. So NO, I don't like the service Service Sears offers. Cannot get a live person to talk to when there is a problem.

Lazy and Rude
I had Shawn come out to my property to diagnose my fridge. I was his last service call of the day. He said "there's bugs and it looks like someone tried to make a repair before". He mentioned that some lights were missing which wasn't true and I have pictures. He was there for less then 10mins and he never mentioned his name. He took my fridge apart said he couldn't fix it. Then, proceeded to put everything back incorrectly. My wife sent me pictures of him not putting everything back. If I could leave pictures I would. He was also extremely rude to my wife and her brother. I understand he's a contractor, but some professionalism shouldn't be too much to ask for.

NEVER A&E AGAIN
Josh was in my home 3 times. Always rude and obnoxious. Said to me he knew more that the other 2 A&E techs that came before him. He never had a step stool to reach the top of the fridge, always asked to use mine. Lied to my wife and I about screws that he would drop, Said they didn't belong in the fridge, we were standing and watching when he droped them. Very VILE indvidual and as a result A&E will never be alowed back into our home for any reason.
