Refrigerator Ice maker broken
After 5 different service people coming in to fix a minor ice maker problem that started in May we ended up with 5 different parts being replaced. We had no ice, then the lights in fridge went out. Luckily when Huy came in yesterday he found the problem and fixed in in less than one hour. He explained what the problem was and took care of it. Huy should be training some of those other service people that just kept ordering random parts just guessing at what the problem was. Thank you Huy!

Harold did the maintenance check on my appliances and discovered the my burners were not functioning properly. He ordered the parts and replaced them today. I wasn't going to renew my appliance service contract but I am now thanks to Harold. He is a great asset for z Sears.
