Huy was very knowledgeable and friendly, quickly got to the root of the issue and took care of it. Also gave advice on how to prevent future problems. The only thing that could be improved is the appointment window. I was told 7:00am-6:00pm and opted in for update texts but only got an update email (not text) about 20 minutes prior to his arrival. Sears should at least tell you where you are on the list at the start of the day, try to provide a narrower estimate window, and send more updates. I don't blame Huy but the system. Other than that I'm very happy with the outcome.

Sears Home did great
Marcus was very efficient and successful in his work. I'm pleased with Sears Home, but they force you to keep verifying your appt. before they will come. Fortunately I kept seeing the reminders. But their agents have always been good.
