Refrigerator still not fixed
after many trips and rescheduled trips the refrigerater thermostat still is not working. Temp is set at 39 degrees and temp is now 34 degrees. Continues to be much colder than what it is set for. Micah was nice and i do not blame him but after 4 or 5 visits it appears no one can fix this problem. we are frustrated. thank you

Needs better customer service
We have been without a dryer for several weeks due to him not ordering the right parts and his poor communication. After this struggle, during the last visit he couldn't get a "nut" off a dryer component stating another $500+ would be needed to cut out parts of the dryer. This forced my warranty company to pay out for replacement (pennies to the dollar) vs repair. Two stars as in-person he seems to be an okay guy. Details Communication: I had 2 days of no shows which per system shows he was confirmed, not sure if issue was on him or scheduling agency, regardless he gave me his direct number during 1st visit and when I texted & called throughout the 2 days to confirm he was coming, I never received a response back. Tried his parent company who said he was confirmed. When he actually showed up on the 4th planned day I confirmed he had been receiving my text/calls just didn't want to respond. Finally 5th planned visit I requested a 30minute heads up. Because of prior no shows I texted & called throughout the morning with no response; I finally received only a 5 min heads up and confirmed he just didn't want to answer my texts/calls. Wrong Parts: During the 1st visit I told him the dryer wasn't working and there was a burning smell. He troubleshooted and got parts for the non-working part but failed to look into the burning smell. On the 4th planned visit (see above) he looked and realized the motor and wire harness were fried delaying the potential resolution another week as he had to order more parts.

Scheduled to be here between 1 and 5pm but he never showed up! Disappointing that he signed off on being here. "Technician Comments Bosch already replaced icemaker unable to source valve or board The technician comments aren't true, had he shown up at my house he would have known that.

Ask for another Technican
This guy (won't call him technician) didn't even check the inside thermostat said outside condenser had blockage from grass. He cleaned, air still blows hot. Requested another visit and technician says unit has no Freon, found leakage SMH

He replaced the pump- but failed to put the ring back on so we had to call Sears- wait an additional 3 days to wash clothes. Bad experience!

Service not performed
The technician didn't show up he called on 2/06/2024. The part has not been installed it is in the package it came in. The tech has told us that he can't do hardware and that I need to get a plug. This tech has shown up to my home 2-3 times and has not installed the part to my range. When are we going to get the part installed? What is the purpose of a protection agreement? I have called Sears several times only to get a computer to resolve this issue. We have been Sears customers for over 30 years and this is the way we are treated. This is bad customer service.

Not a very good experience. Very frustrated that I get home from work and the washer is not working when he came to fix it. Apparently he fixed it but I don't think he fixed nothing. Very very disappointing. I wouldn't recommend it to nobody.

Did Not Meet Service Level Expectation
The technician reeked of cigarettes. He had to call a coworker who walked him through the entire troubleshooting and evaluation of my appliance over the phone. Said he wasn't very familiar with Kenmore products. Not the service level expectation I have ever experienced with Sears.
