Alberto was coaching/mentoring another gentleman who actually did all the manual labor but Alberto was coaching him. - only constructive comment i would offer is when they first started, I was asked when I had cleaned the refrigerator coils last (I have never vacuumed the coils) - instead of right off the bat asking me that, look at the broken part AND then ask/suggest to clean the coils - the way it started, I thought he was inferring that not vacuuming the coils is why the ice maker was not working (perception is reality)

Not Fixed
I don't know how to rate Marc's service, since the Ice maker is still not making any ice. I'm sure he repaired what he thought was the problem, but apparently that wasn't it. Both Marc and the previous technician (Micah) mentioned that it could be a certain water valve, but neither one attempted to replace it. I'd like to get this issue fixed as soon as possible. Please arrange to have someone take another shot at fixing it. Thank you!

Misconnected water lines.
Technician did not correctly attach water supply lines. He attached hot to cold and cold to hot.

Not quite satisfactory.
D. Cleaned it thoroughly but our refrigerator still makes loud noise . Needs further work!
