Tech was good
The tech was great but the service I purchased was not done. The ad said "Two appliances, one great price! Keep your laundry spinning with cleaning and maintenance for your washer and dryer. We'll inspect both for proper functioning, wear and tear, excess noise, water and gas leaks, and clean internal components." The tech - through no fault of his own, only cleaned the dryer. He was unable to disassemble the washer for the price I was quoted even though it was included in the ad. But Curtis was great. Thank you.

Washer re-visit
Ruben D was able to find and repair the water leak on our washer with little effort. The previous technician visit in 09-27-2022 wasn't able to identify the leak problem and it persisted intermittently until it was non-stop. Thank you Ruben...D
