He phoned me first thing in the morning and told me his schedule so I was able to know when to expect him, he got here, checked the machine, told me the problem, explained the cost, had the part needed, changed it out, showed me machine was fixed.

Broderick was excellent. He actually took the time to try several ways to find serial number to no avail. He has been the Only technician who actually took the time to try several ways to find the number. He Said he would speak with his manager. I have been told that before, so I did not expect to hear from him again. Well, he actually called me back after speaking with his manager. That's what you call a great employee. I hope the outcome end up being what Broderick and I spoke about.
