eric was great
eric was at my house a few weeks ago to install a new control panel on the fridge, but that did not end up being the issue so he came back today to put in all the parts. He is nice and very efficient, the last tech they sent to my house was so unprofessional and it took weeks to get all the parts. i'm giving five stars solely because of eric🙌🏼 The communication between the website, the text messages, letting customers know about parts, and when you call in to the phone number for Sears, is bad. He was explaining to me that I was going to owe some money for the part that he brought with him that did not ship to my house, and although insurance ended up covering it, he said that they don't usually let you know until they show up that you're gonna have to pay an additional fee. That's ridiculous, they should let customers know ahead of time hey by the way, you're gonna owe money for an extra part. also, the amount of times I had to call in to get updates was extremely annoying, and I was never notified that the part was no longer on back order, and was showing that it was canceled on the site when I clicked the link, instead of y'all calling or texting me to let me know that the tech would be bringing it i had to dig for that information on my own. now I have to wait 48 hours to see if the fridge is finally working but after three months of dealing with Sears, I hope I never have to again

3months without a refrigerator
I really think the last service man that came did very good BUT he was the 5th service man to come to my house and it took 3 months to get it right. Not happy, I already bought a new one.
