Worse service ever

If i can give him 0 i will. Worse service ever, he went upstairs to check the filters and off the ac. Then, he quickly checked the system outside for less than 2 minutes, and told me that he want to make a call. Basically he cannot do the job. It feels he is not professional repair man. He didn't even put it on the AC back upstairs after he off it. The way he talked ,it feels he don't care if do the job good.

The customer service was poor the man did not communicate very well telling me to go out his way telling me to turn my TV down just instructed me to do this and that and no yes ma'am no ma'am he was not Curtis at all he was a harvest of service person I've ever seen he did good work and he threw everything in my yard after he got through whatever parts he had he threw the old parts

11 hour window is UNACCEPTABLE!!

I was obviously the last customer of the day even though it showed that the technician would get to my house at 1:32, showing from 7:00am to 11:30am. Then it went to 1:48, 3:21, 4:48, 5:31, 5:48, 6:34, 6:38. I have already gone through wasting hours and days on your company waiting all day, leaving work and losing time only to go home and wait, wait, wait until I had to cancel. I waited for a part that I was told would receive in 2 days and it took 7 days, then more time rescheduling, only to have part replaced, coils cleaned (extra cost). 1 to 2 weeks later, the same thing is happening with freezer going to cold and causing items to over freeze, refrigerator not cold enough then water stops coming out but ice maker still making ice. What the heck did I waste ALL of that time for as well as hundreds of $$ in frozen meats and seafood!! Does anyone even care?? No!!! Because a customer can't even contact a LIVE human being!!

Refrigerator freezer

This man glued my freezer door shut. He also unbalanced my freezer door so now the door does not shut. Terrible service. At the end my issue with the freezer was not resolved. Sears has sent 3 men to fix the issue and have NOT gotten fixed. TERRIBLE SERVICE!

Dryer Not Working At All

He didn't bring his tool bag in when he first got here, like all the previous tech. He didn't even try to check the dryer. He just said that I need a electrician because it was getting uneven power from the outlet. We got a electrician out today 7/27 and he checked the outlet and the voltage was 243.7 which is more than enough to run the dryer. We had to pay for a electrician person to come and tell us that it is the dryer not working. Now I am out of large amount of money for nothing and a broken dryer . Don't ever send that technician for anything that has to be fixed. I feel that he didn't want to work Please asked again, never send him to house ever again Thank you Mrs Robinson
