Mark is excellent. Cinch is lousy
Mark came out twice. His work was excellent as was his personal communication. This entire repair took almost 10 weeks. The first techs out were poor. The parts and schedule communication was terrible. We spent hours on the phone trying to get all scheduled and completed. Parts orders were incorrect. Cinch Services was incredibly horrendous.

Gas stovetop repair
Robert ensured my stove was working. He could have stuck around a little longer to clean the elements more - I had to do that after he left. Difference between 4 and 5 stars

Impatient
Edwin knows what he is doing. He is very knowledgeable about what he does. My only concern is that he needs to be patient and listen to customers when they are making a complaint or telling him what is wrong with their units. But overall he is a good worker.

Tech and serve.
The tech he was great. But the one thing that is a BIG turn off is the fact your company does not offer AM or PM times slots. A person has to wait the entire day for a technician to come out. Losing an entire work day. For example my technician came in the PM. I could have worked the morning shift. Very disappointing. Please consider having time range slots. And not the long range slots that you are now offering. (Thats work hours) thats so unfair to us customer. Thanks in advance for your consideration this causes you to not get 5 stars from me and I'm sure others feel the same.
