Mark was great but...
This is not saying anything about Mark because he explained it just fine. If I have a home warranty plan why would I pay for services, and this was not clear on the app. You wasted his time and mine.

The best technician I have had
Joseph was the best technician that I have ever had. Very knowledgeable and thorough. I am 78 years old and have always worked on all my appliances so having someone else do it for me was a new experience. I can tell you that I was not disappointed.
