Washing machine Repair
Called for service and they arrived the same day during allotted time. Olanrewaju was on time, very professional and explained everything to me. It ended up being a plumbing problem and not a machine problem.

Mr. Douglas repair technician
As of today 9/15 /23 it finally seems to be fixed. The not heating up problem and stopping the annoying noise it has made since 2014 . We have had many come out and including techs with your company , but this is the first time it has been done right . So for the First time it Dried the clothes in one cycle and no noise . Very pleased . I hope if we have any other appliances that need your service that we are fortunate enough to get Mr. Douglas again. Thank you

Ice maker dispenser was inoperable. Oscar replaced the ice maker shaft in a matter of minutes. Oscar's expertise made this old guy and daughters happy once again since there's no longer a need now to open the freezer door to obtain ice!

I had been trying to get my insurance company to locate a tech. to come look at my washer. A week and half later they tell me they cant find anyone. I called Sears and they had a tech there the same day. He was a really nice man and found the problem.
