Service on my Refrigerator
Kyle was excellent. Very thorough. He explained what he was doing and the reason for it. My only ZERO Rating would be for the customer service procedure. Leaving 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM open until a text is sent, at some point in time, with an ETA that has been wrong for both dates of service. Wrong by 2 or more hours. This is very frustrating especially if you are a working individual. Fortunately I have a part-time position. I can't imagine how frustrating it must be for those who have full-time positions that are paid hourly. Even with my salaried position before my retirement I would've been very frustrated with this procedure. As far as, the individuals that I have spoken with due to the two service appointments regarding my refrigerator, all have been apologetic and very very nice. They are not to blame. It's the PROCEDURE or process that needs to be completely REVAMPED. Rosemary Buser

Excellent Service of ice maker
Floyd arrived at 12:05 pm. A soft spoken man of few words. Performed excellent work. He had the part on his truck. He cleaned up after the repair was completed. He departed at 12:35 pm Now just need to wait to see the new ice to be made.

He did a Great Job! He and his ride along partner were very nice! The ice maker is doing great at the moment, hope it stays that way. The only problem was having to wait all day,, the constant time changes are a pain, a nine hour window is a little much!
