Knowledgeable on how to fix issue
Several months ago we had the seal replaced on our whirlpool, duet washer. Lately we've noticed when clothes come out of the washer they have rips in them. Upon further review, it appeared that the seal had not been installed correctly leaving an edge exposed and it was rough causing the issues with her clothes. We called Sears back out and he was knowledgeable on how to get the seal installed correctly, we are hoping this takes care of our issue.
