Quick and Efficient
I was on a virtual call and right away, he went to the laundry room, got the parts out of the box and proceeded to fix the clothes washer with very little interruption to me. He tested the washer, cleaned up the area and left. Fabulous.

Good, honest work
Jaime did a good job and was very professional. I do have a MAJOR issue Sears Home services. First, we had an appointment set for Friday, September 15 between 8 am and 5 pm so I had to take the entire day off from work. No one EVER showed up. We never received a phone call or update that the appointment was cancelled or postponed. Then, I tried calling Sears to see why our appointment was skipped and the phone system you have make it IMPOSSIBLE to ever speak to anyone. I have had Sears Home Warranty for years but the customer service has gotten so bad that I am really considering finding a new provider.

Mr. Lemecio was great and solved the problem. He also contacted Cinch to see if they would cover any duct work. Of course they said they couldnt. I don't have a problem with Sears service. I have a problem with Cinch
