Technician was very pleasant
Technician was very pleasant, professional, and thorough However, I was disappointed that the previous technicians installed the dispenser drawer back into the washing machine, making it difficult to pull out and push in. Robert was able to get the Drawer to glide properly. However, the dispenser drawer is still not flush with the digital panel, which is disappointing. Also learned that we waited as long as we waited for a third shipment of parts to be received only to find out that it was a duplicate, and this could have been fixed earlier. Still grateful for the repair getting us back up and running, this technician is very skilled, and I appreciate his services and his kindness.

My washer is fixed!!!
My washer needed a couple of parts to repair it. The second part which was the spin basket, took a little longer to come in. But once it was received, Kyle came back and repaired my washer. I've already done two loads and everything is working great. Kyle also explained to me what the issue was and how he tested it to ensure the repair was done.
