Francisco was very professional and knowledgeable about the appliance and the problem. Francisco also shared important information with me concerning my appliance and Samsung's responsibility concerning my other issue with the ice maker. He was extremely polite and would have him service my appliance again.

The service man took his time while demonstrating professionalism. He did not seem rushed like other contractors I've experienced with home warranty repairs. He even offered some do-it-yourself pointers if I have any issues in the future. I'm unsure if his company likes that, but his customer sure does!
