Overall, the service was five stars. A few minor complaints
I put in the service order on a Friday. I was scheduled for service on Monday, which was expected. The 7:00 am to 6:00 pm service window was kind of ridiculous. It wasn't until Monday morning that the expected service time was reduced to a smaller window. Service tech Francisco was fantastic. Friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. He took care of everything in about 30 minutes.
