James was very personable, knowledgeable and efficient. He explained the problem very well. Unfortunately my range is too old. The only problem was the process to try use my Pay your way credit card. Process too complicated and after putting in everything twice refused the card because it hasn't been used recently. James did his best to sssist me it was just complicated process.

Washer repair
James was excellent. He was here to fix my front load washer. The part that was ordered was faulty. There must have been a problem w/ the assembly line that day. Nonetheless he went the extra mile to get the correct part so he could fix my machine the same day. His communication was excellent. He arrived within the window of time selected! He was professional & explained what he did. I'm very happy with his service!
