Sears Parts Deparment Debacle
Joey G arrived on time but was unable to perform services to my range because SEARS had mailed me the wrong parts! Very disappointing! Joey ordered the correct parts and scheduled a return appointment. Sear's Parts Department caused all the problems and delays and as a long time customer I am very dubious about Sears but very appreciative of the technician's efforts.

Personal competence excellent, AI not so much
I scheduled a Saturday AM appointment to accommodate my own work schedule. I was then rescheduled to Friday afternoon after responding to AI texts! Not cool. Fortunately the service provided by the technician Marcos was timely, efficient and successful!
