Joey had attention to details and listened. It was a headache dealing with everyone else at A&E simply because no picked up the phone nor message back. Just terrible. At least 3rd time is the charm and I got Joey, he listened apologize on behalf of company. And now I can say the fridge is finally fixed. And he found what others did not for the same problem!!
